The Opportunity:

Ocurate is searching for a software developer to work on building survey widgets on our clients’ websites, collecting data from our customers’ (ecommerce and D2C companies) customers with explicit permission. Data to be collected will be structured and unstructured. This will add to Ocurate’s existing database on 260 million Americans in service of predicting customer lifetime value for our clients in the B2C/e-commerce space.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND CORE SKILLS INCLUDE

  • 3+ years experience in a senior software developer role; deep familiarity with survey widgets or related tools
  • Significant professional experience using cloud technology (such as AWS or Google Cloud)
  • Professional experience working with large (~ 1TB or greater) datasets, and using distributed computing to process such datasets
  • Fluency in Python
  • Strong communicator in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
